Well, after YEARS of begging the county they are FINALLY digging our ditch out front. It always over flows and then ices over and then the plow comes and shoots ice all over the place. It just plain sucks! So, yesterday they started digging and they did some more today and I hope they finish tomorrow!  But, get this!  I ALMOST weed wacked the ditch the day before and it usually takes me a good hour!  I would have been so pissed if I spent all that time wacking weeds just to have them come the next day and dig it all out!!!!   LOL!!!!  I’m glad I changed my mind and told myself I would do it the next day!

As you can see I couldn’t get into the driveway!!  I had to park down the road and I had a bunch of groceries I had to bring in the house.  Joe helped and we got it all in.  They did fix the driveway before quitting for the day!  LOL!!

Joe had an orthodontist appointment this morning and good news, his jaw is now wide enough and we don’t have to turn his device any more!  He has to keep it in for about 4 months but next month he is going to put on the front braces to straighten those out and kind of pull them forward.

After that Joe and I hit the bank, paid the wireless bill, hit Wal*Mart, and then went to the hospital for blood work and an EKG.  He had blood work done for 2 doctors and the EKG for one.  He struggled all year in school and by the end I finally had enough and took him to a psychiatrist and he said Joe has inattentive adhd.  So, the boys and I are all going to be on med’s because we just can’t seem to focus!! I am really hoping this is going to help Joe as much as it did for CJ.  Joe started complaining the same way CJ did only Joe isn’t hyper so the doctor said he was fine but by the end of school he was about crying and struggling really hard to pay attention and his grades dropped all year long which isn’t like Joe.  So, here’s hoping for a better year!!

Anyway, here is Joe getting his EKG.

He really freaked out getting his blood drawn almost to the point of screaming and crying.  Once it was over he said, “Wow, that wasn’t bad at all!”  LOL!!  So, at least now he is no longer afraid of getting blood drawn.

Joe’s psychiatrist is really nice and I really like him.  I hope he helps Joe with his anger problems too.  I’m glad I found him!

It’s been 3 weeks today since I started writing blog posts for other people.  I wanted to make money doing blogs and I have been doing it for months and zippo!! I have made NOTHING!!  Now that I am writing for others that want to blog but don’t have time or just don’t want to write the posts I am now making money!  I have made $300 in 3 weeks!  That isn’t to shabby!!  Better then zero!  Because I don’t focus very well, it’s hard for me but I am getting better!  I can now do 10 in one day without too much trouble and I was struggling with 5 a day, LOL!!!

Today I had to get up early and get CJ packed and ready to go to camp. I had to drop him off at 8:30am at the church. He has youth camp all week and won’t be home till late afternoon on Friday.

I should have washed all the clothes on Sunday but right after church I started working outside and did that all day. The mower broke down AGAIN!!! I only got the front yard mowed. Now it runs and the blades go but it won’t move!!! Not forward or backwards!!! ARG!!! I needed the grass clippings for my out of control garden!! YIKES!! I have been over run by weeds because my stupid mower has been down all summer!!! This is only the second time I have mowed. The back yard has weeds over a foot tall!!! ARG!!!

Anyway, after I was done with weeding a part of the garden I came in got cleaned up and we all went out to eat Chinese and we saw the movie “Imagine That” and it was really good! Then came home and watched 3 episodes of “Wipe Out” and then went to bed. So, I never did clothes till very late and CJ didn’t pack till this morning but we got him all ready and he is now gone for the week.

I have been so busy typing that my fingers hurt! I have been doing blog posts for people every day. I have orders pouring in. As soon as I think I will get all done with my orders more come in. It’s good cuz I have more in my paypal than I ever have before! YA!!

On the bad side though, CJ has insisted that I NOT trade ANY of his ingredients while he is gone! That was a very strict order from him! LOL!! I am feeding his guys and doing his quizzes but that’s it! Oh, I am talking about the most awesome game the boys and I and my sisters are playing on Facebook called Restaurant City. It’s a lot of fun, but it’s a bummer that we can’t trade with CJ till he comes home!!!

We heard from the court and we won’t be getting my nephew. He is now in foster care and there is nothing any of us can do. It’s sad, but life goes on I guess. I will say that is less stress for us but we did want to help. My SIL and BIL are very upset that we couldn’t take him in. I was surprised at how upset they were. I guess they were really hoping we would get him.

I have been so busy writing for other people’s blogs! I have been writing every day since the boys got out of school. I was going to finish up my last order today and when I logged onto my computer I had 3 more waiting for me!! YA!! So, I guess my little business is going alright.

Chuck is now cutting down our woods on the new piece we bought so we can get caught up on our bills. He is using a huge machine for skidding and is sharing it with this Amish guy. 1 week one has it and the next the other has it. We give him Dave (Chuck’s brother) for a week he’ll be working for the Amish guy for a week free to the Amish guy, we pay Dave and he pays the weekly rental on the machine ($500). Not sure what the better deal is, LOL!

So, that is all that is new. I just write all day since my truck is STILL down. Dave (the mechanic) is coming out on Friday to fix it. I can’t wait to have it back!

We might be getting custody of our 15 year old nephew. I can’t say why but we will know tomorrow and I have no idea for how long. Could be till he is done with school and he is going into the 9th grade. I guess he’ll be going in with CJ for now. If we do keep him for a long time we’ll be adding on a room. I would like to just get a bigger place but we’ll see how it all goes. Want to know more, email me because this blog is VERY public so I can’t say anything but that.

CJ has decided to let gymnastics go till after he’s done with football in October so that is a nice break for me. I don’t have to run to Ashtabula (25 minute drive one way) twice a week.

Joe wants to work down at the fireworks place but the guy says he doesn’t need him yet. We are hoping next week he’ll be able too though. On the 22nd CJ leaves for camp and will be gone till the 26th. Joe hopes to work the whole time and I’ll be left here at home alone, but I think I’ll get over it! LOL!!

I always though CJ would give me grief over girls first but nope, it’s Joe. He wanted to go to his girlfriends bike race today which was to be in Erie. I dropped him off at her house at 9am. The race was to be over around 3 then they might get something to eat and we told him to be home by 6pm. I texted him around 3:30 to see how he was doing. Come to find out when they got there the race was in Pittsburgh not Erie so they drove around the peninsula and went to back to her place. Joe NEVER called to let me know. So, he’s been at her place all day. I was NOT happy. I told him to be home by 4:30. I texted him at 4:10 to find out her parents LEFT and as soon as her mom got back home he would come home. I was PISSED!! He texted me at 4:30 to say he was on his way home. I let him have it when he got her and told him he is DONE seeing her. To not even ask because it wasn’t going to happen.

We have repeatedly told him if ANY plans change to call us so we knew. He said he thought it was no big deal since he didn’t have to be home till 6pm. Chuck is going to be so mad when I tell him. He has been out working all day in the woods. CJ has been working out there with him all day too!

I’m so done with girls right now. I have had enough!! DONE!!!!

On a good note I got 5 more orders for blog posts!! YEAH!! So, making a little bit of money! I am searching for my favorite movie “For Richer Or Poorer” in DVD in full screen and can’t find it!! ARG!! I really want that movie but I might have to live with wide screen, SIGH!!!

Last night we took the boys to Erie and ate at the Golden Corral and then we went to see a scary movie, “Drag Me To Hell”. I thought it was really good!! But, when we got home Joe was the first in the house and I was last and when I came in EVERY light in the house was on!! LOL!!!!! Too funny!! We also stopped at Game Stop and the boys got new video games so I let them stay up till 11:30 to play them and get the movie out of their heads LOL!! They said the movie was good though.

Well, summer is going okay so far. I’ve been so busy writing out blog posts that I haven’t been keeping up my blog! Sorry about that. I guess I’ve been busy playing Restaurant City and Farm Town too!! LOL!! We have decided not to have Chuck open a Facebook account as that would make our games not last as long and the fun of the whole thing is playing!

I manage to finally get out to my sister, Kitty’s, house and grab my plants. She gave me 5 sweet pepper plants and 30 Roma tomato plants and some herbs. She gave me some Cat Nip and my cats went nuts when I walked in the house. They could smell it and wanted it really bad. The Dog went nuts too! She fought the cats for it so I had to give her some. She demands cat nip when ever I give it to the cats, LOL!!!!

We had a nice visit too and I got to see her massive garden and everything she has planted around her back yard. I wish my back yard looked like hers! But we still have a lot of excavating to do so I have to wait till we are done that that. I am really hoping that it will be this year that we are able to do that.

I got my garden all done on Wednesday and it rained the next two days, so that should really help! My mower is still in need of a belt and as soon as Chuck fixes the mower I can cut the grass and use the clippings in the garden to keep the weeds down. I told him that as soon as the weather clears up we need to do that!

We were finally able to buy the parts for my truck and next week Dave will be coming out to fix it up. I really miss being able to just hop in my truck and go somewhere! I’ve been sitting at home since school let out and it’s starting to drive me nuts!

Well, I got 6 orders for blog posts but then nothing. I was really hoping for a steady stream but I got blasted and then nada! I’m trying to figure out ways to make money online and I get trickles but I need something steady. SIGH!!

Well, summer vacation has started here at our house.  The boys last day of school was Wed.  They had a good day as there was a concert and they got their yearbooks.

The first day of summer vacation the boys were up at 6:45am and off to work they went with Chuck.  Chuck is logging out the woods just down the road from our house.  The boys only worked about 3 hours.  They were helping lay down slab wood to make a road for the skidder since the woods are so muddy.  They worked 5 and a half hours yesterday and they are there again today.  Chuck pays them $7 an hour so they are happy.  It keeps them busy because when they are home they are just on the computer anyway!  LOL!!

Actually, we all found some games that we are just LOVING on Facebook.  We are doing Farm Town and Restaurant City.  We are having a blast doing those games it’s hard to get anything else done!  Two nights in a row I have gotten up in the middle of the night just to harvest my grapes so they didn’t die!! LOL!!!  These games are VERY addictive!!!  We were all up till late playing.  Chuck thinks we are nuts.  My sisters want me to sign Chuck up on Facebook so he can play Restaurant City so we can all have his ingredients!! LOL!!  I just may do that too!

Tonight we are going to Debbie’s house to have a cookout with her family and Chris and Dave and the girls.  Should be a fun time.  That will get us out of the house and away from the computers for a while anyway.

I am now writing blog posts for money!  I have gotten 5 orders since Wed. night and I do 5 at 350 words for $18.  It’s something anyway and it doesn’t take me long at all to whip them out.  The more positive feedback I get the more orders I should get.  I hope so anyway.  I am finding the work off the forum I am on for blogging for money.  We will see how it goes.

On a sad note, Lucy (our rat) died some time last night.  So sad!!!  She has been failing for some time now and we are all happy she is gone because watching her suffer is NO FUN!!  Now I can get that HUGE cage out of the mudroom.  I will do that tomorrow sometime.  SIGH!!
