Oh my, I haven’t posted in a while. I guess I have been so busy writing for other people that I don’t even write for myself any more.

On July 21 my mom came and stayed with us till the 25th. It was nice to just relax and not type anything. We played a lot of games, ate out, saw the new Harry Potter movie, and she gave us all massages! She is a massage therapist, so that was really nice! I had a really good time. She lives in NC so I don’t get to see her much.

We went and saw the movie on Friday night and she left Saturday morning. After she left Chuck wanted me to drive him down the road so he could drive the bulldozer home but when I tried to start my truck nothing happened. The started died on it! Oh my gosh, the last time it started was when we were in Erie coming home after the movie. Man, that would have sucked if my started would have died there!! Dave came out that day and put in a new one for us.

The next day (Sunday) we went over to Chris and Dave’s for a picnic. Debbie, Ron and there boy came too. We had a really good time even though it poured down rain for a few hours. It did clear up and all the kids were able to play in the pool for a while. We didn’t leave till 7:30pm.

Joe got his front braces on yesterday so his front 4 teeth are really sore. I’m not sure when they plan on pulling out all his baby teeth but I know that is next. The spacer is still in his mouth and will be for the next couple of months.

While we were at the orthodontist we saw a man that had a service dog. She was white and very small and SO cute! She hung out flopped over his shoulder. While he was at the desk talking with the receptionist the dog was just up there looking at everyone and being really good. She must be up there a lot. I would have taken a picture but my camera phone makes noise and I don’t know how to shut the noise off so I can take secret pictures!

So, I finally found a place that could order my lawn sweeper tires.  They cost $25 each.  The guy asked me if I had someone that could press them on for me because you had to have a press to do so.  I told him that the guy at the tire shop said if I could find the tires he would put them on.

So, my tires came in, I picked them up and took them over to the tire guy.  Guess what, he doesn’t have a press and called me 2 days later to tell me he couldn’t put them on.  Great!  So, I paid all this money for tires and the person who told me no problem, can’t do! NICE!!

So, Chuck had an idea of how to press them on himself and you know what?  It worked great!!!  Here he is pressing on the tires!

So, Chuck mowed the lawn while I tried to once again weed the garden.  That garden is just a hopeless cause I think.  The weeds are taller then the plants, I had to search for my plants it’s so bad! SIGH!!  My back is out in 3 places and it hurts so bad I didn’t even go to church today because I didn’t think I could sit that long.  So weeding really made my back hurt!!

But Chuck ALMOST finished the lawn when one of the belts came off.  He decided to try and run the lawn sweeper so I could have the grass clippings.  He put the tires on and hooked it up only to find out that one of the tires won’t roll.  It spins when you have it on it’s side but when you are pulling it, it just drags.  So, NO grass clippings AGAIN!!!  This year mowing the lawn is extremely frustrating!

Tomorrow, the boys and I are going to the Chiropractor and getting our backs fixed up.  Mine really needs it bad!  I know when it’s this bad I won’t feel better for over a week.  I haven’t been sleeping much because of it.

My mom is coming to stay with us for about 4 days this week.  Not sure what we are going to do but hopefully we won’t be sitting around the house all day.  To bad she didn’t love weeding!  LOL!!

Well, today was busy for me.  I had to take Joe into Ashtabula for his doctor appointment, oh and my truck is finally fixed!!  So, I was able to take my own car!  Last night, Dave came out and fixed it all up!  The doctor was running an hour behind, then we went to Wal*Mart then Save-a-Lot.

Finally made it home at noon, got something to eat and finished up an order of blog posts.  I then went out and weeded the garden for 1 1/2 hours.  I was tuckered out, so I quit.  It still needs LOTS of help!  I also ran the weed whacker and got all the tall weeds the mower can’t get to.   Makes the place look a LOT better!!

But, it started to not want to run so I checked the filter and cleaned it out and then checked the oil and it was a little low so I put some it.  Of course I forgot to put the lid back on and started it up.  I got showered with oil!  LOVELY!!  SIGH!  I felt really stupid on that one.  I hope it comes out of my clothes but I’m not holding my breath.  The machine ran much better though once I got the lid back on, LOL!

We have the Amish cutting in our woods and we are keeping their horses in the back yard!  Cool to have some horses out there!  My backyard has PLENTY of weeds, LOL!!

My sister and her husband and 2 girls stayed with us on the 5th and 6th.  Chris was nice enough to fix my mower and then Becky mowed my yard!! It was so nice!  While Becky was mowing her youngest, Melia who is 5, helped me weed my garden for a while!  LOL!! She is quiet the little worker!

Do you see my dead grass?  That is how long that stupid mower just sat there!!  ARG!! I’m so happy to have it back!

I still haven’t gotten to the 4th pictures yet!  I hope to do that soon!!!

Okay, today CJ thought it would be a good idea to goof off in the woods with his cousin David.  David was trying to break a stick by smacking it against a tree.  It wouldn’t break so CJ says, give it to me and I’ll show you how to do it.  Did it a couple of times no luck, so then puts all his might into it and bam! it comes around the small tree and smacks his hands!

He of course is screaming and David is laughing and he stumbles out of the woods, falls into a ditch face first and finally makes it to the house.  I’m in the bathroom when he comes in and he’s like, Mom I need Motrin and Aleeve, I did something SO stupid!  LOL!!!!

Since they play violin and piano when it comes to hands I don’t take chances so, off to the hospital we go.  CJ is known pretty well over there! LOL!  His right pinky knuckle and his left thumb hurt pretty bad.  They take pictures and come to find out CJ broke his own thumb!  The tip of it, cracked it pretty good.  Said a piece of the top kind of came off.  GROSS!!  His other hand is very bruised across his knuckles but nothing is broken.

Nothing much you can do about broken fingers and toes so they splinted it and he can’t do ANYTHING with it for a week!  He’s upset, he owes his dad $52 for his iPod and he was supposed to work today and all week.  Not any more! Chuck wasn’t too happy either.

But, on the way home he found a bright side to all this, if you want to call it that.  He goes, “Mom, I guess my thumb couldn’t handle my awesome-ness!”  LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sisters all asked me what is this blogging thing I am doing and world would people pay me to blog for them.  So, I thought I would clear that up.  These people have 20 or more blogs and they aren’t personal ones.  They are more informational.  Topics like acne, weight loss, foreclosure, stress, heartburn, etc.  The idea of these blogs is to get people to buy the product you are promoting and to click on the google adds on the side of the blog.  I have about 8 blogs and they don’t make me anything!

So, because I am making NOTHING with this blogging thing I have decided to write for those that are making money doing it.  I have about 10 orders to fill right now since I took the 4th, 5th and 6th off.  So, all this week I will be writing blog posts for people.

They give me a keyword phrase like “Home Remedies for Pimples” and I will write an article using this phrase at least 5 times and it will be 350-400 words long.  Now, I am not that knowledgeable on every single subject out there so what I do is I go to ezinearticles.com and type in that phrase and find an article that is about that long.

I then use this cool program where I paste the article on one side and I type out a new article on the other side.  I just re-write the article using different wording.  I hit the compare button and it shows me how much of my article is like the original one.  I change it till it’s not the same at all.

So, that is basically what I do.  I have made pretty good money at it too!

I am behind in my own blogging.  I have CJ on the piano to put up and all my 4th of July pictures!!  I hope to get to those soon!!!

Today I decided to finally take CJ’s computer into Erie to be fixed.  The fan makes weird noises and it seems to over heat. It started acting up over a week ago and with my truck STILL being down I have to use Chuck’s and he has been so busy I haven’t been able to go ANYWHERE!!!

So we are now down to 3 computers and my power cord died the other day so we are down to 2 power cords!!  INSANE!  I found some power cords online at ebay and I bought 2 for $25 and that includes shipping.  They are almost $100 at the store so to get 2 for $25 is great!  If they work well, I am buying some more!  These don’t seem to have a long life!

So, today, since it’s really raining I thought I’d run up to Erie.  The boys decided to go with me and we didn’t get but 20 miles away and POP, the back tire blew!!  I got pulled over and had to wait an hour for Chuck’s brother to come out and help me with the tire.  Being on the interstate like that was a bit scary!  But, Joe and Dave got it all fixed up.

So, we finally got on the road again and made it to Erie 2 hours after we left the house!  I took CJ’s computer in, the we SLOWLY made our way to Wal*Mart.  The traffic was AWUFL!!  We got a few things and then ate at Subway and since Wal*Mart didn’t have the iPod CJ wanted, we SLOWLY made our way back to Best Buy, where we dropped CJ’s computer off.

They didn’t have the color he wanted so they will ship it right to our house in about a week.  We will get CJ’s computer back in about that time, but I have to go in and pick it up.  Yeah fun!

Then once I got home, was home for maybe 5 minutes and Chuck and I left to run around and get stuff done.  I had to go to the grocery store and get stuff to make my salad for tomorrow, but you know what?  I FORGOT all the stuff I needed for the salad!!   I got everything I needed for my sister and her family that will be here for a couple days but NOT for my salad that I need for tomorrow!! SIGH!! Oh well, I’m not going back for it!!

After the store we went to the fireworks store and got enough to have a nice show tomorrow night.  The place was packed and the wind was blowing the fumes in from the port-a-potties! GROSS!! The whole place smelled of Pooh!!  I was glad to leave!

I really didn’t get much done today.  I am very ready for bed!  I hope tommorrow we will finally have nice weather and it will stop raining!!!  Sunday and Monday my sister and her family will be staying with us.  She is up visiting from NC.  Tomorrow we are off to a family picnic!
