Here it is the first day back from Christmas Vacation and we got slammed with snow.  When the dog goes out, she is practically swimming in the stuff just to move around.  The boys were upset, as they are ready to go back to school.   When school is canceled so is all sports including practices, which is nice for me!  They had a wrestling match tonight, but not anymore.  I don’t mind!

My truck is acting up again.  I wish I had money to get a new car.  My truck is an ’02 and has 187,000 miles on it.  It’s making a weird clacking noise and I smell burnt rubber, not good!  So, yesterday I went to a wrestling match for all the little guys with Chuck.  He wanted to see the nephews wrestling.  Elisha at age 4 is so darn cute!  I forgot my ear plugs at home and was VERY sorry about that!  I brought my book but it was SO loud there!  It’s amazing at how many women scream their heads off there.

We drove up in Chuck’s big truck, which is a 2 seater.  Trying to get into the driveway he go stuck.  He used my truck to pull him out and in the process he pulled my bumper just about off and tore out my hitch. *SIGH* Whatever!  He got into the driveway but now he’s stuck in the driveway.  Our driveway is VERY bad!!  It’s full of muddy ruts and huge holes.  The neighbor comes by and tries to plow it but he just made it worse and we are now getting stuck in it since he tried to plow it out.  I’ll have to tell him to NOT plow our driveway.  It’s better when it’s packed with snow.

Not sure what we are doing today.  We are very low on money since we can’t get a machine in to get the lumber loaded onto a truck.  It’s in a place where it’s muddy and most machines sink.  We had one, but the tracks keep falling off and it’s stuck out in the woods, so he rented one.  Didn’t even last a day as it was blowing black smoke and then just refused to run.  Guy came and took it back and we never heard from him again.  The closest place we can find to rent another one is Cleveland and to make it worth it Chuck would have to get everything out in one day and that is about 4 loads!  If we had a machine, Chuck would be working right along with no problem.  Amazing how 1 machine can just you down like that!
